Fees & commission

We may provide our mortgage advice and arrangement services free of charge in some cases. Where a fee is charged, it will range from £299 to £995, depending on the complexity of your circumstances and the mortgage transaction.

Before we proceed with an application, we will confirm whether a fee applies, the exact amount, what it covers and when it is payable. We will obtain your agreement before any fee is charged.

We may receive commission from the mortgage lender. The amount varies between lenders and mortgage products. The actual amount payable in relation to your chosen mortgage will be disclosed in your mortgage illustration or ESIS.

Where relevant, we will also explain how any lender commission relates to a fee charged by us before you proceed.

We do not charge a fee for our non-investment protection and general insurance services. We receive commission from the provider or insurer after the policy has been placed on risk.

For commercial customers, on request, we will promptly disclose in writing the commission that Prime Key Financial Ltd and any associate receives in connection with the policy, in cash terms where possible.
